About the Company

Tabriz Oil Refining Company was designed in 1975, and after the completion of the construction steps in February 1978, it was launched with a nominal capacity of 80,000 barrels per day. Increasing the production capacity to 110,000 barrels in 1992 with the efforts of internal experts and specialists is a great honor that has been figured out in this company. At present, Tabriz Oil Refining Company has a share of about 7% of the crude oil refining capacity of the whole country with conversion to original and specific products. It supplies a part of the liquid fuel required in the North-West of the country (East-Azerbaijan, West-Azerbaijan, Zanjan, and Kurdistan).
Tabriz Oil Refining Company was put into operation in 1978, and its current capacity is 110,000 barrels per day. Its products include liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, Euro 5 gasoline, ordinary gas oil (diesel), Euro 5 gas oil (diesel), VB (Vacuum Batuum), light fuel oil, granular sulfur, Slopes Wax, reformate, Iso-recycle, Iso Feed, various solvents, benzene, light naphtha and butane (petrochemical feed), lube cut or oil cuts, jet fuel (ATK), bitumens, base oil, flux oils, and antifreeze.
